Policies

Below are links to copies of relevant policies applicable for all students living at KSR. A number of these are touched upon in other pages of this Handbook. If you have any questions or concerns about the following documents, please contact the Manager via the button below.

Queries regarding fees or payments should be directed to info@kewstudentresidence.com.au

Students agree to the Code of Conduct (Residency Agreement) when they complete their Enrolment. A copy can also be found in every bedroom.

Students are invited to provide a declaration during enrolment that they will adhere to this policy. Last update: 14/8/2024

Students should refer to this policy if they are asked to or need to pay for something on behalf of KSR. Last update: 8/2/2024

This Conditions of Residency Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which Kew Student Residence provides accommodation to the resident named in the Acceptance Form.

The Grievances Policy is provided to communicate the values KSR upholds when dealing with a grievance, how a grievance is handled, the procedure of how to deal with the grievance and responsibilities of each person involved.
